Hey – what about Wake County taxes – the talk about the increase in school funding and outrage about the potential hike in taxes. Why only about a hotel?

I dunno. It always happens this way and no one ever takes responsibility. Playing dumb is something we come to expect from and love about our politicians.

Tommy Craven, Raleigh City Councilor representing District A, was the only one that voted against the increase. He wanted to scale back the RCC and go back to the original cost (roughly $190 million) and use the difference to build roads and schools. That would be money well spent.

Now there’s one way to dig out of the hole—Gary!
