A TAPster writes:

“Ironically, or maybe not, the talking heads at Fox News who created the term ‘Obamacare’ as a derisive term for the Healthcare Reform Act have actually done the opposite. They defined the debate in Obama’s terms and not their own. How stupid!

“Think if you are Ford Motors and BMW decides to go to war over Ford cars having a smooth ride instead of a stiff ride the way BMW’s do and they called it ‘Fordride.’ Now what if most people really wanted a smooth ride rather than a stiff one as most want many of the features in the Healthcare Act. You don’t want to define the debate in terms of your opponent unless it’s Richard Nixon.”

Former Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell gave a pithy defense of Obamacare not long ago on Jon Stewart’s show: “It means that 31 million more Americans will get health care.”

Maybe that’s why Mitt Romney retreated on Obamacare. He says he’ll keep the good parts. I suspect most Republicans don’t concede there are any good parts. Does he know something they don’t?

Oh hell...there's that TAPster again writing stuff. God knows who he/she is...but, hey, he/she is a TAPster...at least that's what is being said anyway.

Okay...now on to what is being presented here by Gary (is Gary actually the TAPster?...damnifIknow). I truly hope that if Obama gets reelected (which seems more and more something that's gonna happen), I hope Obamacare goes forward without changes. I mean, hey, it's a total fiscal loser/nightmare and just so wrong for America. It has got costs in it that no one (except the republicans) want to admit to and it has repercussions that are so horrible for our elderly (and others) that just talking about them creates a severe backlash from the Obamabots and the mainstream media. Why? Because they know that it's true...and hope to hell those will somehow be changed if only we can reelect Obama. 31 million more Am ericans getting health care...and where will the doctors come from? Wnere will the clinics come from? Where will the money come from to fund that? If you believe the administration...then you have all the answers. If you're believing that anything said by any government official that shows how costs will be provided...then you're an idiot if you don't think it will cost the average taxpayer (which is a rapidly dwindling minority in this country) a lot of money. We're being misled big time. And, it's all for the sake of politics. Screwing the "white, rich, conservative, Christian, hard-working" Americans now seems like such sweet payback for all of those minorities that haven't done so well in their lives and are incarcerated and are taking from those that pay into the tax syxtem. It's just "social justice". Ask anyone on any entitlement. Obama will make sure they'll have "Obamacare" and food stamps and housing and welfare and WIC and...well, you get the picture. Soon, there won't be enough people paying into the tax system to keep up those that are taking from our country's government wealth. And then, another FAR worse government system will have to take the place of what we have now.
