ABC's knee-jerk support and one-sided news coverage in favor of the Obama position rivals that of Pravda to Breshnev.  Here is a good article on the subject based on ABC's one-sided propaganda on Obama's socialized medicine proposals:

The networks are all about what sells ad time.  In our country currently, it's fashionable to be pro-Obama and defending him and agreeing with his perspective etc.  It sells ad time...it's all about $$.  If suddenly Obama became unfashionable...not popular, the tables would change big time.  ABC, MSNBC, CNN and CBS are also all left-leaning networks.  Any argument to it would be superficial and without support.  Yep...there's right-leaning networks as well with Fox News being the most notable.  I've seen polls (not sure their validity) that say that more people watch Fox News than any other...but not sure.  I do know that "Mr. Rightwingnut" Rush Limbaugh is by far the most popular and most listened to radio talk show host in the nation.....and we ALL know which way he leans....like 75 degrees to the right

There may be a sudden revolution in future years to come with regard to the media when/if we do slide into more and more government control over our lives and the 1st Amendment gradually slips away from us.  But, we'll see about that one.
